Please join us to support nutrition and combat hunger!

Asian Community Outreach invites you to join us for the 41st annual walk, formerly known as the Hunger Walk and this year renamed the "Walk for Good Food."  The Walk is organized by Access of West Michigan.  Each year, many local community organizations participate in the Walk to raise funds and awareness for numerous food-related programs such as those that promote nutrition, combat hunger, and support food sustainability.

For the third year in a row, ACO is pleased to represent the Asian community as a participant organization.  Funds raised from this event support our Mobile Food Pantry program for 2018-2019.  The Mobile Food Pantry program provides perishable food to hungry families each month at a different place of worship in the Asian community.  Our distribution locations are: The Vietnamese United Methodist Church in Grand Rapids; Our Lady of La Vang Catholic Church in Wyoming; and Linh Son Buddhist Temple in Belmont.
